This was our First time in Austin and I have to say it is a very goood area as of restaurants and walkable shops. I did not expect having homeless people right outside our hotel corner, but the staff kept it pretty safe. I also didnt appreciate the smell of the hotel in general but that’s just me. Cleaning wise it was 9/10 so I appreciate that so so much

The hotel was great. Very clean and modern. All workers were very friendly. When I needed assistance with getting around and what to do they helped. The breakfast was convenient so I didn't have to leave the hotel early to go find something only thing I wish they would change up the hot food daily it was the same. The bar and the appetizers/small plates were good.

Sarah and I were very happy with our stay at CitizenM. We were celebrating our tenth anniversary together and although Sarah had never been here before,I had,and I'd requested a high up room with a view and your staff delivered by giving us a room on the 16th floor. I want to thank-you for that. It was special. We ate close by within walking distance and there is parking directly across the street. You're check in staff are exceptional. Thanks again CitizenM

I loved it the end.

My first vist. Booked last minute, had no idea what to expect. Seemed a little odd at first but there were extremely helpful, polite and friendly folks working there and were able to explain things. The room was another surprise. I loved it the end. Would recommend 10/10
