Hotel was in a perfect location, was here for a concert and extra days. Valet is your only option of parking which is 55 dollars a night. Was over charged, should’ve been charged for 402 which my stay and valet combined, HOWEVER, my bank is saying 430 which is odd… Room was nice but at our last night, my boyfriend pointed out the sheets were stained and had previous guests hair all over the sheets.. It almost looked like blood? COMPLETELY disgusted at this point, this was the last night and only saw this now?

The property was beautiful. The room and beds were very comfortable. Where the hotel is lacking is customer service. We paid $55 a day for valet parking and they did not bother to take our bags down or load them on the way out. My wife ordered coffee from room service and they did not deliver it. We still paid for the coffee. My daughter knocked over a soda on accident and nobody came to clean it up. She cleaned it up. Now I told her to clean it, but any good hotel would have staff there to clean it or tell her not to worry bout it. Nobody came to help, even though staff members passed right by her. I hope the hotel pays attention to customer service, it would make a huge difference in repeat customers.

The room was a good size but the bathroom sink had a trickle of water pressure. Also, the pillows were super firm which I didn’t love. I wasn’t able to use the phone to call down to the front desk and the valet link to call my car was not working.
