Decent for the price

Hotel room was alright but had non-functioning fridge. Provided no bottle water in the room or microwave. Water was pooling in the shower and didn't drain properly and made the rest of the bathroom wet. Hotel staff was decent.

Property was being remodeled. Workers blared their music while pairing.. front desk was nice. We had to move rooms to a double bed and employee accommodated. Otherwise, place isn’t as clean as usual Best Westerns. It’s in a location with a bunch of other hotels.. also not far from not so good side of town. Pool was acceptable— cloudy though.

Property was ok. Could use some plastic covering under the doors, there is about an inch gap on every room. Might be standard.. but I have never seen that. Other than that room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom was great, staff was also friendly.

Property looks old and run down. Check in counter was not pleasant. The desk agent seemed annoyed to have to check us in. He was not very pleasant to speak with. We saw a bug in the hallway on the way to our room. We stayed the night because we checked in so late. I dont think I’ll be getting a good night sleep here.

Staff was super nice! Very quiet and comfortable. Room looked recently updated and very clean. We’ve been hotel hopping all week waiting for our home to be in a livable condition and this was by far my favorite stay, will be booking again. Do not skip on the breakfast, this one is actually good

Upon arriving at hotel you will be greeted by the construction mess and this was not mentioned prior to booking, then asked to show them your card you paid with to get a $50 hold and get returned upon check out and now I just got charged the full amount for the stay that I had already paid on hotels.com, then you can get into the elevator which has an expired service date for inspection save your time and go somewhere else horrible experience when I called about the double charge they just hang up on you!!!!!!!

This hotel is under construction and I was not aware. Parking was unorganized, had a hard time parking my vehicle. The parking area should be monitored to have people parking correctly. The room smelled like moister. The bathroom had a bad tile job, water does not drain properly. Overall, not the best experience.
