Charged me for a night I didn't stay, called to make a change minutes after booking and they said they can't make changes. Then I get my room, not in the main building but in " the towers " which is so far from main lobby I can't order food in. Then, not they an hour, I go to grab food, come back and there is an old couple in my room. They gave my room key and checked another couple into a room I was already checked into. Obviously the system doesn't work great. Also no AC except the bedroom.

This hotel is very well situated walking distance to Rideau mall.

The location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking around and there were lots of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. The staffs are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. We will still stay here next time visiting Ottawa.

Dining and breakfast not available for much of the week - check website before booking. No fridge in room. No tea/coffee in room, just a shared kitchenette in main building.
