Bad: Ermmm, once we had got there to book the room we reserved, our reservation was almost canceled because we were a group of 5 DARKER TONED TEENS getting separate rooms. Anyways, the floors, the bed, the shower and shower curtain + the chair had stains. The bathroom door was missing a handle, a lamp was broken, the ac was falling apart, there were stains on the ceiling everywhere even in the shower, the elevator was slow, someone left crusted poop on the inside of the toilet…and we were behind a dingy motel. You cannot use cashapp.. Good: Other than that, the ac was very cold, we had no issues with other guests, restaurants were in a convenient area, tv had lots of channels, and the price wasn’t too bad.

To get to Sonesta you have to drive through the parking lot of a very sketchy looking motel. From the outside Sonesta didn't look much better. Broken mini blinds in windows. Broken air conditioners hanging out of windows. Hall windows on 2nd and 3rd floors open (air conditioners in hallways not working). I had a room with a king bed. Comforter was lumpy as heck. Broken handle on one dresser. Smoke detector ripped off wall. No toilet paper or any amenities in bathroom. No cup to take my nightly medication. The only plus was the TV and air conditioner in my room worked and the bed was very comfy. But I wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible terrible terrible all the way around. They called the cops on me, after I paid for my room, claimed they “cancelled” my reservations bc they thought I made a bad review for them but I hadn’t, rude, no toilet paper or towels. No customer service at all.
