Staff was excellent but the breakfast needs improvement limited menu. Also it's pet friendly. It needs to improve by putting at least 2 bottles of water in rooms for the guest.

My only issues with this hotel was the check-in that took forever because the front desk female that was assisting me tried to charge me twice for my room by saying my payment was declined even though I fully paid for it through Expedia. And the second issues was that, there were roaches in my room. I killed one that was on my bed. I reached out to the personnel at this location since I checked out a week ago about my complaints and no one has yet reached out to me. This hotel may seem clean but it’s definitely not. Anyway you get what you pay for and this was a quick trip but I’ll never stay at this property again.

There isn't a lot to say bad about the place. The staff was great and extremely kind, but the entire building smelt like a dispensary. Smells like someone hot boxes the elevator once every 30 minutes. It says no smoking, but you can't outrun the smell even with your door closed. Take that staff to a chain with a higher standard and ill stay but will not at this location again

The rooms I reserved had a musty of smell and it seems as though it’s in the wall everything seemed new in the room but it smelled old and the mattresses we slept on needs replacing my back still aches

Overbooking rooms is not cool

Hotels.com overbooked the hotel. I paid for the room and when I arrived was told they didn’t have a king room available. It was an hour long process to finally receive a key to a double queen room. I am extremely frustrated. I spoke to customer service through chat while we tried to understand what happened, but the only thing offered was a $25 amount on my one key and confusion with my room I had already paid for. I’ve used Hotels.com for years and I’ve never had an issue.

The stay at the Spark did not meet the level of a Hilton property. There were six (6) team members staying here for work trip and there were many challenges with the rooms. One main issue was the noisy air conditioners and excess humidity in the room. Many rooms did not have desk chairs or ice buckets. I understand that the breakfast is complimentary but there was a lack of attentiveness with the coffee and food. They should not advertise this feature if they are not going to put food options out. Overall the stay was disappointing and would not return.
