You get what you pay for. This is budget accommodation and it lived up to its price point. I would like to see at least enough cutlery, plates and bowls for the 5 people who can stay in the cabin. Other than that it was OK.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.

These apartments could be amazing spacious & everything you could need in there .. Quiet area which was lovely. our only disappointment was they def needed maintenance on the property and our apartment was not the cleanest regarding floors, bathroom and kitchen utensils. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. Even the pool area was full of cobwebs, lose pavement and pool was not clean. It is not a budget apartment and we write this review with regret and honesty. Cindy the host was a great in communication and we appreciated the prompt responses from her in acknowledging our disappointment and appreciate the communication with checking in and out. Regards

It was inexpensive and clean, but needs to have chipped paint touched up etc.

With limited options for pet friendly accommodation, Roydon's was a great find. Just across the road was a long path to walk the dogs, with a fully enclosed dog park about 5 minutes along that pathway. Grassed area in the motel for a short doggie toilet stop. No carpet in the room either, which is always a bonus.
