El agua se fue en la propiedad. Aunque entendemos que esas cosas a cualquiera le pueden pasar, el personal no fue muy amable ante la situación cuando llamábamos para preguntar sobre la situación. Y básicamente primero nos dijeron que no estaban al tanto de la situación, cuanto entre todos los huéspedes hablábamos de lo mismo. Y después nos dijeron que ellos no sabían que iba a pasar ni cuánto tiempo estaríamos así sin agua. En otras palabras a la persona en recepción no le importaba la situación ni el bienestar de los huéspedes. Me he quedado en este hotel varias veces y todo bien, pero por la actitud del personal me lo tendré que pensar. No tanto por lo del agua, pero la actitud.

The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance

I checked in one day before booking. Can I get a reimbursement for the night I didn't use.

The AC was off when we got to the room it was extremely hot and took hours to cool down . The bathroom felt like a sauna and the shower water smelled awful and yellowish. There were no towels to start with, we asked for an iron and they charge 200 pesos deposit for a super burnt and low quality iron.
