Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Ok. Rooms need some love but I stay here regularly

We were a bit disappointed with this. I’d say the pictures on the site are very flattering. We arrived in the evening to lots of building and maintenance materials outside the front and in the entrance area. Not the best start. The member of staff who met us was pleasant and helpful. The room was only ok, clean enough but not great. It was just for one stopover for an early flight and the location for that purpose is good. I’ve tried to be very fair and even in this review, but this place is not for us we won’t be returning.

We stayed for the recent cricket Test Match; the hotel is @ 30 min walk from the ground & Headingley centre for bars & eating places. Parking & breakfast (was excellent) included in room price. Room clean & tidy, spacious, comfortable beds & large bathroom. Very quiet for a large hotel. A small fridge in the room would be nice. Staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend.
