We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a mountain view room and the room did not disappoint with a microwave and tall mini refrigerator. The room was also spacious for two people. The bed/ pillows were comfortable and most importantly, the shower water pressure was great! The side entrance doors (near the parking lot) are locked after 6p, which I found very safe, so not anyone can just come in. The gym, we didn't use, but it had an elliptical, treadmill and a selection of free weights. The outdoor swimming pool is currently being renovated. They didn't have coffee on arrival in the lobby but they had tea/ hot chocolate. The complimentary coffee was fresh in the morning in the lobby. The only irritating thing about the hotel was that the housekeeping knocking frequently before our 11am checkout to see if we had left our room. Both times, I had told her we are not ready and she was sorry for the interruption. The first time, she unlocked herself and was about to walk in when I walked up in time to tell her we were not ready to leave yet. Having said that, we will come and stay again. This hotel had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice stay

Very helpful, friendly staff. Large room, very comfortable beds. The restaurant is on a limited status related to the September hurricane. The pool was closed probably related to seasonal. The only issue I had was the window ac was noisy/clunky in my room. Other than that great place.

Homey mountain retreat.

The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the holiday decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant several times and the service and food were great. We will definately return for another visit.

Quiet surroundings and a walking trail. Loved the comfortable seats in the lobby next to the fireplace. There was a lot of rain one day and it mad a great place to sit and read. The realistic gas fire seemed to be lit all the time. Hot breakfast in the morning was great!
