The property had only one working elevator. The furnishing needed a refurbishment. The breakfast was a disaster. Not enough staff to serve or cook. Food was expensive, limited menu, served cold. We will not be back.

This is our second stay at this hotel! It is super convenient to Biltmore and restaurants. The suite was perfect for us and was very clean! Will definitely stay again! Desk staff was very friendly and don’t skip out on the yummy cookies!

Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind.
