Hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Room was spacious, and we enjoyed the jetted tub in the room. Mattress was very soft, so great if you like that. Breakfast was pretty standard for included, continental breakfast. Staff at front desk was very helpful when we needed a corkscrew to open wine purchased at Biltmore!

Easy in and out. Across from outlets if you wanted, dollar tree down the road, and Chick-fil-A across the street. Rooms seem updated. Super soft pillows. Friendly staff. Slow elevator. Didn't get to use all amenities as only one night for Leanne Morgan show and many birthday parties and sports kids using pool area.

The property was clean. Room service to clean is only offered every 3 days. You can request towels and linens from the front desk daily. Construction in the parking lot was too noisy where my room was located. Extremely nice staff!
