Asahidake Onsen Vacation Packages

This property is not ready to provide a comfortable accommodation for summer season visitors. Air conditioning is pathetic, and the hotel's solution is to provide a dehumidifier and fans., on request! When we asked, we also learnt that they were running out of fans because other guests have already been complaining of the pathetic air-con. I can understand wear and tear but I cannot accept that a well-known brand like Prince is not prepared for climate changes. Worst of all, the staff are RUDE. They do not apologize for the discomort and in fact seem to be sarcastically saying only "hai" to our feedback. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of our discomfort or that their air conditioning system is inadequate. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR SUMMER. Please stay somewhere else.

We really enjoyed this accommodation. It was very spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The location is also very convenient. I would stay here again.

Helpful staff, clean, nice onsen. Mechanized parking but free and parking assistance/attendants (they only tell you which machine to park in, and recall your car when you need it) were quick.

Great staff and onsen. We loved using the e-bikes and the wine samples in the lobby.
