We stayed for a week so we didn't need room service in our room everyday but they'd make it seem like asking for towels and toilet paper everyday was too much I don't know about anyone else but I'd shower everyday why would I need clean towels . The breakfast was never restocked

Room had moldy sofa sleeper dirty sheet covering the mattress room was hot thoroughly cleaned left over items from last person staying a pill a key sun glasses loose change and snuggle sheets . We got a new room at 10 PM when we were getting ready for bed with the pullout couch sleeper disgusting. Breakfast was a waffle maker toast bagel cereal a banana coffee and a couple of juice Hope we can get a discount or refund

The room was ice cold upon arrival. The room connected to ours had the tv volume up so loud that the 4 hours of sleep we did get was interrupted multiple times and the volume seemed to get turned up even louder as the night went on. No one was at the desk when I left.

When booking the room that said was pet friendly online it do not mention additional pet fee,only upon checking in was l informed there was going to be an additional $50. I didn't feel l had any choice but to except the situation. If l had known about this enormous up change in the booking stage l would have had a choice to purchase or not. This was very unpleasant and the person who booked me in told me that they have asked expedia to make it clearer but there was nothing he could do. Super frustrating and will certainly never stay at microtel ever again.
