We were greeted at the gate and taken straight to our tent which was very clean beautifully decorated and super comfy and stocked well, fire pit outside with chairs, everyone was very nice, the views AMAZING! Pet friendly, showers and bathrooms and an adorable petting zoo, A small store with everything you may forget and snacks and coffee have the cutest petting zoo and nearby restaurants and grocery. Our dog had a great time as well

Place is in a great community, nice pools and hot tubs. The reason I am not giving this a higher rating is because the family room area is not set up for more than 3-4 people, the sofa bed is more like a thin piece of foam on springs, and the thermostat upstairs is locked and it is very hot.

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our tent had not been cleaned. We couldn’t find anyone to help us because I had not had cell phone coverage and wasn’t aware that I had to call them before arriving. This was to have been a highlight of our trip, but it did not work out well. We were greatly disappointed. There was also no one else in the campground, which was eerie.

The house itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely detailed. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful or private getaway, there are several things to be aware of. The biggest issue for me was the lack of privacy. The listing does mention that you may see the host tending to the farm, but the description gives the impression that the property is quite large and that the guest house and farm areas are more separated. In reality, everything is extremely close together. Two of the hosts live in a tiny home approximately 10 feet from the front porch of the rental, and the garden and areas where they work are also just feet from the house. The hosts were frequently outside walking around the property and tending to the garden. Because everything is in such close proximity, there is essentially no privacy. When we arrived, one of the hosts was standing in front of the residence watching us enter. She saw me with my service dogs and asked through the portal if they were service dogs, which I confirmed. When we left, she was also standing outside waiting for us to leave, which I did not find particularly comfortable. There is also ongoing construction approximately 10 feet from the rental, where a large two-story home is being built. I made my reservation months before I was notified about the construction. It was only later that I received an email informing me about the construction and offering a discount if I decided to keep my reservation. By that point, the trip was very close,
