I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone; the air conditioning didn't work—it was a disaster. The condition of the place is poor, and the maintenance is very bad. They market it as a resort, but it's more like a cabin. The street leading to the entrance is horrible and needs improvement. cabins are very pretty, I liked the view and the pool and outdoor area. The place was dusty, dirty toilet and furniture. The worse thing was the sofa bed in the living area had fleas. I reserved 3 nights but I only stayed 2. I found I pile of dead bugs in a corner hiding behind the shades in the living area. Towels had stains too. This was my second time in this place and the first time was a different and better experience. I know this is a pet friendly place but it is necessary to clean better the place.

More than anything, a beautiful beach experience to enjoy the tranquility and the sea. An excellent place to come and enjoy with family and friends. We highly recommend it. Beautiful facilities and superb service. Thank you very much to Rancho Aqua Vista.

The bedroom is too small and the bedroom is so small too , the personal service is very nice food very good

Lo único que hizo cómoda nuestra estadía fue Xiomara la encargada de la propiedad (vive en la guardiania). Pero las fotos no enseñan lo fea y vieja que está la casa. Queda pegada al lado de otra casa que están casi conectadas. Reservaron esa casa a parte y pusieron la música a todo volumen, entonces la última noche no dormimos nada. No la recomiendo si están acostumbrados a una casa bonita en airbnb o vrbo. Aunque está a la orilla de la playa, el mar es muy bravo, así que no se pueden meter.

This place was absolutely great! The beach is just steps away, the pool was big and clean. The house had everything that we needed. The host was very nice and gaves us lots of tips where to go eat and what to see. Additionally, they are partnering with Casa Maya Resort which their guests can visit for free which is a great perk. We will be back for sure!!!
