Amazing everything! Staff, food, views!

The property grounds are a bit outdated and the vibes were a bit quiet for my liking.However, the rooms were a pleasant surprise as they appear to be renovated. The property caters to an older more laid back crowd. The buffets are quite bland and offer the same choices day in and day out. It was clean though and could be perfect if you enjoy a more relaxing vacation.

Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels taken, but we would never get clean towels. It was a hassle to keep asking for them. Also, the rooms didn’t have water for 2 days. Nothing was said by resort nor apologized for the inconvenience. Bartender Brendon was the only person that was helpful to us.

A 10000/10 Stay – Feels Just Like Family! If you are planning a trip to Saint Lucia, look no further than Bluezone Residences! From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of perfection. Even though the property is brand new, everything runs seamlessly. The entire staff is incredibly professional, and the property is kept spotlessly clean. A special shoutout to Marvin, Dante, and Shane!!!! they were absolutely amazing and truly made me feel like family! It was a It was an absolute pleasure meeting Behic as well, he is very sweet and personable. The female manager was also incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout my stay. The Food for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really good each day! The restaurant upstairs is a must try! The Pool is Perfect for relaxing! it felt absolutely amazing! The complimentary airport shuttle service made arrival and departure completely stress-free. It's located near Rodney Bay and Castries, making it ideal if you're attending events or here for Carnival! You are close to all the action without any hassle. I cannot recommend Bluezone Residences enough. 10000/10, I will definitely be returning! This is my second home!!

I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.
