Other than Pam at the front desk, everything about this hotel is sub par. Very old motel that looks like it may have received a cheap, poor quality renovation many years ago. Tiny dingy room with wornout furniture. Noisy. Still smells of cigarette smoke from decades ago. Breakfast is a joke, unless you like cold rubbery scrambled eggs and sausage of questionable origin. We are one and done wuth this place.

Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!

While the room was clean, there is no amount of cleanliness that can compensate for old and musty. Having your own door to the parking lot is helpful but it also comes with the noise from neighbors who decide to have loud conversations at 6 am outside your door. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Not going to stay here again. Showerhead was broken so when my wife tried to shower, she ended up soaked along with the entire bathroom. The grounds are filthy. There’s boarded up windows. The included breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. Nothing in terms of fruit or hot oatmeal or yogurt or boiled eggs or any of the things you find at most holiday ends. Fitness center was good. The staff was fine. The room was OK but small but the grounds are dirty and again that included breakfast was terrible. The only fresh fruit was an apple. And it was soft and on appetizing.
