Overall stay was good. Staff is always friendly. The only issue I have is that the water dries out my skin every time and makes my psoriasis flair up really bad. I didn't use the pool, just the shower. I use this hotel at least once a year. Every time, same result.

Balsam Lake Lodge
Room was very clean, staff was amazing, only reason I could not give a 5 star review was due to room location. Directly across from front deck and close to front door, this causes a lot of noise just outside our room. Food in the resteraunt was very good as well.
