I had a great stay at the AmeriVu Inn and Suites in Chisago City. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in professionally — I really appreciated that they didn’t take my credit card to the back room, which was a big improvement from my last experience elsewhere. The atmosphere was friendly, and the parking area was well-lit and felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Chisago City is a beautiful place, and this hotel made my stay even better.

Room had bed bugs. They “upgraded me free of charge” on the same floor. The room was dirty, under the beds were nasty, hair in the tub. I’m like the most understanding, forgiving person but I will NOT be staying here again. If a refund would’ve even been mentioned I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Now I’m getting picked up from the airport with garbage bags with the hope I don’t bring unwanted friends home. Not pleased

For the price that we paid, we were expecting a lot better condition. The pool was freezing water. The hot tub has seen better days. The jets didn’t have any pressure. It smelled like drugs.
