Beautiful spacious and bright condo, from ground floor we walked right to the pool and across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed to cook. Beach under some erosion mitigation right now so some machinery noise and obstruction of view, hopefully done soon. Great walkways, to lovely bakery and grocery store, restaurants across the street. We would definitely come again!

What stood out was loved the home, high ceilings, timber floors, good size rooms, enclosed verandah, great location, clean, comfortable beds, we enjoyed our stay at Xanadu

The ground floor unit that we had was so great. The kids could go to the beach and back easily and you don't have to cross the road at all. I love this location so much and the rooms are big and spacious and clean.

The property offers a convenient location, with grocery stores and the esplanade area within walking distance. However, the windy conditions around the hotel were consistently noticeable throughout our stay. Additionally, traffic noise occasionally presented a disturbance.

The apartment was spacious and clean. I was somewhat disappointed when arriving to find that the unit was not on the river as the photos indicated.
