The hotel was run down, not well maintained and breakfast was average. When we asked for a small amount of fresh milk for our coffee in the room, the staff came back with a large glass full of milk wanting 25 SEK.

Newly built. Parking is a challenge as it was still under construction. No air conditioning which might be a factor should the temperature gets too high. Breakfast was very good, great buffet.
