Okay, the curtains weren't closing properly

The hotel is in an excellent location, near the main square on the waterfront, and the shortest of walks to the huge selection of restaurants in the district. Well placed for the sights in general. The hotel was absolutely spotless everywhere, and must have been freshly refurbished just before our visit. The room was very good for size and layout, and had an excellent range of lighting choices. Double-size shower area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was good....walkable to many amenities. Bartender in lounge provided great service. Entrance staff seemed preoccupied and not welcoming. Housekeeping would often forget to stock something. Breakfast was an extra 20Euros and was often lacking so not worth the price.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so they transferred us to another room, only to find out the air conditioning didn’t work in that room either. Their maintenance staff weren’t available on site to fix the issue and they didn’t have any other rooms available. Finally the hotel was unwilling to discount our stay despite the issues. Although staff were apologetic, we were very disappointed with how much we paid for this room and for what they offered to us in exchange. Definitely not worth the money!!!!

Room was clean and ready each day that we returned. Staff friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at CR7 Pestana in Lisbon. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help —which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a tasteful, convenient place to eat. The location was exceptional, right in the middle of everything and perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, shops, and vibrant atmosphere. It was incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy the best the city has to offer. Overall, CR7 Pestana is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for excellent service, beautiful facilities, comfort, and an outstanding location in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

A hotel right in the heart of all the action. Room was a decent size. Everything worked well. I enjoyed my stay
