Good for money 4 stars hotel, for 5 stars need to do some improvements

Over all great experience, clean throughout the resort, polite service by the waiters, fresh food served. The only thing I could recommend is glass cups around the pools especially around the kids pool. There were two incidents where a glass cup was broken, falling into the pool and another in the sunbed area. The kids pool had to be shutdown for the remainer of the day, which is not ideal. All was very good.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and felt it offered outstanding value for money. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Considering the price we paid, the quality of the accommodation, food, and facilities was exceptional. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was an impressive variety of dishes at every meal, with something to suit every taste. Unlike many all-inclusive hotels, there was a generous selection of high-quality food, including red meat served at every meal. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. One of the biggest advantages of staying here was being able to use the facilities of all three hotels within the same resort complex. This gave us access to a huge range of restaurants, swimming pools, entertainment, and other amenities, making every day different and enjoyable. The water slides were excellent and provided hours of fun for both children and adults. We also tried the complimentary Turkish à la carte restaurant, which was a fantastic experience. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent, and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. Finally, the staff deserve special recognition. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable.
