If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

I had an excellent stay. Yosef was extremely solicitous of my comfort, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I originally booked the Triple Room for 2 nights and ended up extending it an additional 2 to be my home base for my entire visit to Cairo. I picked the room even though I was traveling alone because it was the only one available at the time with a pyramid view. The Queen room next to it looked even nicer.

The folks at Delta View bent over backward to honor my every request. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The vow from my window breast taking. I hope yo be back and definitely will recommend. I was very happy here.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Cairo West was great. The hotel was very clean — every time you reached your floor, you were greeted with a delicious, fresh scent, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very nice, though we only got to use it one day. Service by the pool was a bit lacking — the wait staff serving drinks were hard to flag down, though that may have been because there was only one person covering the whole area. The Muse restaurant was great — staff were friendly and attentive. Smokeys restaurant was also excellent: the food was amazing, and the view and vibe were wonderful, with music playing softly in the background so you could still hear your conversation. Laundry service was impeccable as well. The only issue we had was with the security guard at the door during checkout. Our friend arrived to pick us up for the airport, and the guard questioned her extensively for name and ID — until her partner gave him some money, at which point he immediately let us leave. This was very off-putting and shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. Our friend mentioned it’s almost normal at hotels here, but I don’t understand why, and I hope hotel management addresses it. Our stay was amazing until this last incident right before we left. For reference, we checked out Saturday, July 17, 2026, around 11:30pm.
