Arrived to a clean property. Staff was helpful in every aspect. The restaurant server even sent hot tea and rolls in our room when he found out she wasn’t feeling well enough to come down to eat. This kind gesture was much appreciated. Thank you Monarch restaurant staff for being so thoughtful.

I would recommend this property to anyone Staff was always ready and willing to help with anything, great rooms with good a/c And nice clean pool. Quite little hotel, I will be going back forsure

Excellent resort with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have good air conditioning. The beach access is highly convenient, and or children loved the safe and friendly confines of the resort. Can't say enough about the great staff and excellent chef!! My mother is a native of Bauang and Ilocano and he was always willing and able to make Ilocano specialties (and American food for my children) that exceeded what was being served elsewhere. Homey, friendly, safe and clean. Go here if you have children or want a smaller homelike atmosphere. Great resort and even better staff!!
