Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

Nice hotel. Safe area . Unfortunately there is an construction in front of the hotel and there was early noisy trucks, tools and crane. Besides that love the staff and spotless rooms.

Good, quiet air con in the room and public areas. Furnishings in the room were sufficiently modern. Breakfast provided sufficient choice. Check in and check out were both smooth. Bar prices were not crazy. Just a couple of negatives: Struggled to find an empty sunbed around the pool. Reception ordered a taxi for me and I was charged 70 Euros for a journey that is usually 40.

Overall the hotel is great.

Exceptional hotel!

Likes - lovely food, room was nice and spacious, gym very well equipped, staff polite. Always managed to get a sun bed at pool. Dislikes - evening entertainment was poor. No Atmosphere or buzz at all. The bed was meant To have a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together so wasn't very romantic! Shop on site is expensive and quite limited.

On the whole our experience here was excellent. The rooms could perhaps do with a bit of TLC and are very sparsely decorated, so a bit ‘bland’, however as you’re in it so little it doesn’t really matter. The staff were outstanding- all of them. So attentive and friendly. Special mention to Bibo and Christiana who were faultless throughout. The food was also excellent, great variety every night. Oh and the best sun loungers we’ve ever laid on!

What an amazing hotel, cannot fault anything about the hotel, location, staff, food, drinks. The All Inclusive package was incredible and we will not hesitate to return.
