Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Close to Calle crisologo but the property was not in great shape

The price of the hotel is too high it does not equate on how good the hotel is, we paid almost 8k Php for a night and i feel it is overpriced coz there no elevator for our luggage. The staff were not helpful compared to other hotels we stayed in. First and last time we will stay in this hotel.
