The service was so-so, the room cleanliness was average, and the breakfast selection was very limited; in fact, if a tour group had already finished eating, there was practically nothing left to eat. I would advise against staying at this hotel.

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.

Nice clean property, good location for the airport

There are several areas that could be improved. It would be much more convenient to have an iron in every room, as we requested one during our stay, but it never arrived. The food also needs improvement. The breakfast was very basic, with a limited selection and, unfortunately, the quality of the food was not very good. The à la carte menu was also disappointing, as the food lacked flavor. We ordered a pasta dish and literally left the entire plate uneaten. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi, which simply did not work during our stay. We had to use our own mobile data because the hotel’s internet was completely unreliable. Overall, these are important areas that I believe the hotel should improve to provide a better experience for its guests.

Property is conveniently located in centre near Dam Square and within walking distance of Amsterdam Central rail station. My room was in the second floor and was clean, well equipped, had a great walk in shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is also of a high standard with many hot and cold offerings. Staff in main reception are very helpful especially Mark and Rob. Highly recommended.
