Excellent location, directly on Mariahilfer Straße and directly outside Neubaugasse station. The staff is very welcoming and reactive, rooms are well equipped. The only downside is the very narrow lift.

During my stay, my room key stopped working after midnight, and I was locked out of my room. Unfortunately, there were no staff members available to assist because it was after 12:00 a.m. After about an hour, a security guard arrived, but he was unable to unlock the door. I ended up waiting until around 4:00 a.m., when I was finally given another room for the rest of the night. My original room was not opened until the following morning when the regular staff returned to work. The situation was very frustrating and exhausting. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but there should be someone available at all hours who can resolve issues like this promptly, especially when guests are locked out of their rooms in the middle of the night.

Great location in the Inner City tourist disctrict next to the Cathedral. Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Great restaurant. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.
