Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was not fancy, but it was fine. AC in room didn't work ... staff was not helpful in fixing. I'd stay there again.

The property is in such an excellent location in the centre of Zurich on the river next to tram lines that will get you to most places. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The walk in showers are excellent and look brand new. The rooms are pleasant and rather Spartan but they have everything you need. The tram stop is only a three minute walk. There is an excellent balcony/terrace which is great for afternoon coffee or evening drinks. The staff are very pleasant and polite and treat the customers well. I did have a issue but it was resolved they handled it very professionally to my satisfaction. I will return there on my next trip.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was ideal. Room was clean and spacious but furnishings were worn. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
