Reception staff were very helpful when we checked in. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The A/C was amazing during the heatwave. Breakfast was ok!

This was a truly 5 star hotel. Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, a walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel - great location and comfortable beds. Sauna and steam room were also great - the highlight is the architecture and decor! Restaurant Cafe Imperial is attached and worth the visit!

This was a last minute business trip. Hotel is in a great location for the various tourist sights, places to eat etc. Hotel is very well presented and quiet. Room and amenities were great, although this was a flying 24hr visit, so didn't get make use of most of the facilities. Planning to return later in the year with my wife. So i suppose that has to say something about the Buddha bar Hotel.

The hotel was close to Old town and easy to get to from the train station. Clean, helpful service, and a good buffet breakfast. Only thing is that I wish they had better laundry services.
