Very comfy bed. Good for airport and train connections. No bars or restaurants nearby so you need to go into the centre.

Fantastic location for discovering the city by foot. We will definitely book again. Room and bahtroom all clean and very nice. Plenty of small grocery shops around.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. Would definitely recommend. The staff were very helpful and the food and service excellent. Location very good to both main square and Jewish quarters. Room very large with 2 double beds and large bathroom. Will be going back.

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants. Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press? Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help. Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.

Good location next to old square. Room spacious and clean. Beds a bit hard. Bathroom very nice. Tea making facilities including milk. Drinks in reception area. Breakfast basic continental. Staff helpful at sorting restaurant bookings and taxis etc

This hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor at the hotel was stunning. Was in a really good area where bars and restaurants all around. Comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was really excellant being in the square yet at the top end of a main street. Easy to get everywhere and a nice square to be in. Quiet. A simple but comfortable spot. And it has an elevator that other places may not.

Very clean hotel. Brilliant for a couples trip to Krackow. Very convenient location for the old jewish quarter. Walkable to the old town. The front desk team were so helpful and attentive. Strongly recommend
