The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Staff were good - we didn't need to have much interaction with them though. breakfast was good although the same every day. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Athletico stadium but it was easy to jump on a bus into the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby which are good. Would certainly recommend

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood slightly off the beaten path, cute clean apartment with functional amenities and good air conditioning that came in handy during the summer heat wave!

I would say the stay was good. I loved the rooftop and when we went, the 21st floor was available for guest only, which allowed for a beautiful view as the famous rooftop they are known for, but with less of the crowd. The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again. The only thing that was just “ok” for me was the breakfast buffet. The selection was minimal, however, I think I have been spoiled by my incredible breakfast buffet elections in Turkey. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I booked a room for three nights for my daughter, according to her impressions, the hotel was very beautiful and elegantly decorated. The staff was super nice and professional. The bed was very comfortable and breakfasts were really tasty. She loved it

We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
