Requested a room with a walk in shower and asked for 11:00 arrival. I arrived at 1130 and was told the room was not ready and to come back in 1 hour and it will be ready and it does have a walk in shower on 1st floor. I arrived back at 1:00 and it still was not ready so they told me 30 minutes. I received a text and was told it was ready and when I went in the room, there was a tub and not a shower. I was told there was no other rooms. I ended up accepting the room and asked for a 20% discount for both the trouble and wait. They refused. I stayed 4 other times with no problem so I will not be staying again there due to both the attitude, and lack of remedy for my trouble. After contacting Expedia, I was given the option of a full refund and credit for another stay on them. Since I confirmed details with the hotel 3 times and was lied to, that is the reason for this review. Other than that, I wouldn’t have cared.

Wyndham Days Inn Yuma the Best

Days Inn Yuma is the best!! We will never stay anywhere else. The building was built solid, you literally cannot hear any other guests either on top or either side of our rooms. The handicap accessible room are easy to maneuver, and can request a bed closer to the floor. The mall is directly across the street plenty of shopping, eating and entertainment places to choose from. The Days Inn does provide breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

Days Inn Yuma the Best!

We will never stay anywhere other than the Days Inn on 16th in Yuma, Az. The building was solidly built and you never hear any guests on top or either side of you during your stay. The rooms have always been immaculate and beds comfortable. The hotel is across the street from a major eating and shopping area. The handicap accessible rooms are perfect and beds low enough it was easy for me to climb into bed.
