Good central spot to stay within easy walking distance to shopping area, the Shambles, the City Wall, Clifford Tower and York Minster. Nice pastries for breakfast. Parking available at the hotel and having a kitchen and free laundry facilities was a welcome addition.

Very nice and clean room. Shower floor was a bit grubby but overall very clean. Spare bed which is a pull out sofa bed was rather uncomfortable but the main bed was very comfortable. Be aware that there is a rather large caravan park right next door but it did not impact us as it was fairly quiet.

Hotel was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great. Car park was good size, plenty parking. The free coffee 24hrs is a nice touch, aswell as the croissants in the morning and having a fridge and freezer to purchase items for the room

Great Accomodation

Great room/mini apartment. Good location for our visit to york. Parking a bonus. Room was well cleaned, air-conditioned, and had everything you would need for a few days. We only stayed one night but will definitely use this accommodation again for longer stays. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Visit to York with friends spoilt by broken aircon

The visit to York was spoilt by a lack of aircon which was broken causing poor sleep on the hottest days of the year. Hotel manager rejected request for a discount due to a lack of aircon.

Most comfortable bed!

The room, bed, and facilities were great, and the reception, check-in, and check-out processes were easy. Only downside is the TV didn't work, not the end of the world, but it would have been nice.

Great, but warm stay!

Lovely, well-equipped apartment with plenty of space for two people. Super clean, really comfy bed. Love the complimentary coffees/crossaint breakfast offering and the on-site shop is relatively priced. Only downside was the air con was abysmal... Both our friends who stayed on the same floor and us had highly ineffective a/c - lowest temp, highest fan speed and it did nothing. Thankful for the balcony so we could sleep with the balcony door open! That being said, we'd come back again - perhaps maybe in the winter months!
