El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara.

What a beautiful place! The city of Toledo was picture perfect and this hotel captured just that. We had a beautiful room with a view from the terrace. It was such a nice quiet place to enjoy after a full day in the city. I will definitely look for this hotel again.

There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. Ceiling in the room was very low. I was put into an attic room. Card access to room stopped working. When I left the room somebody went through my room as the wardrobe doors were opened. Never had this type of experience in a hotel before. No apology, nothing. Steer clear.
