Staff are kind but missed 2nd room reserved. I had to go back to check in. Then she missed her promise for sending extra towels and blanket. Room was small, no microwave. Not many restaurants around, no breakfast cafe, no elevators in the building, no WiFi to contact families and friends. Yellowstone is great but the hotel is very disappointing for the price. Regret the booking this place.

Didn’t have a sidewalk to get our luggage inside and had to carry it up the stairs, didn’t have an iron, no tv no air conditioner, stayed here because it was close to West Thumb inside Yellowstone

This is a good lodge to stay if you want to live in the national park itself. Half an hour commute to Old Faithful. But keep in mind, there’s no internet connection here. The only WiFi they have is at reception but that is very unreliable and poor connectivity. The rooms are very small. The bed size is so small that only one person can sleep and your feet will be out even for a 5ft 6 inches tall person.

The property was OK. Check in was efficient when we figured out it was in a building on its own. The rooms have no air conditioning and was really musty when we first arrived. The bathroom is really small and there was no elevator. We ate at the Lake House. It was good. They had draft beer, reasonable pricing and a great view of the water.
