The Mermaide staff was kind and helpful. Love your idea of making simple breakfasts, made to order. Thank you! The doe and her fawns, wildlife on the side yard was enjoyable this morning. Nice large rooms, comfy beds, clean. Easy access to The CAT Ferry! We will be back.

Although the room had a few outdated amenities it was clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. They gave a choice of hot breakfast items which was nice considering it was supposed to be a continental breakfast.

This is a nice little motel. It is reasonable, clean and the staff are great, especially, Mike, who cooks great bacon and eggs! The pool is clean and the place is quiet. We stayed for three nights while we toured the area, and would highly recommend a stay at the Mermaid Inn.

Although not modern, the room was clean and well maintained. Be aware that we had to deal with a flight of stairs to get to our room and with our disabilities this was an annoyance but we enjoyed our stay and would go back again if we could get a main level room.
