The room was clean but we ran out of toilet paper and no extra rolls in the room. The room was good but the hallway rugs were very dirty. The water in the room would make a loud noise while using and I’d wake up in the night when a room Beside me using water in the night. No pool as advertised. There was no breakfast like advertised. There was a sign saying when it was open but we asked in the morning and they said we’re doing breakfasts.

Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.

Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff downstairs, but at some point in the evening the hot water dispenser/ coffee maker would get shut off and they would pour me tepid water.

Really enjoyed everything. Just needed a place to lay my head. Left feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of my vacation.

Great area

Did not have breakfast. The room was dirty as in an area rug kept slipping and when I went to move it dirt fell out all over the floor. Bed was nice as were the linens. Just really looking run down with doors not closing properly and beat up. Staff was excellent!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Greektown area was safe and welcoming. Dunkin’ Doughnut was a good choice for breakfast. Casino staff and bartenders were nice and they didn’t mind being asked about anything you didn’t understand.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Lovely find for Ann Arbor. This will be the only place I stay in Ann Arbor. A++
