Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

no contact with staff. Thank goodness I was able to do the kiosk check-in or we would have been in line for an hour at 4:15 The parking garage person was helpful over the speaker when we had trouble. The sliding bathroom door was off the track but my husband fixed it. No cups in the bathroom. ? Did not realize there was no microwave - I should have seen on the reviews. No coffee pot no water bottles at checkin or in fridge like I saw in other hotel lobbys. So I don't know what amenities they are talking about. Room was spacious and view was great. Seems unfair that we had to pay $20 to park our car to get checked in and luggage in. Also took 30 minutes to find the parking garage entrance. It is not clearly labeled.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Harrahs. Didn't have any trouble finding the check in counter or the elevators. Would love to stay at Harrahs again during our next visit.
