Everyone was friendly and the free breakfast in the morning allowed for generous portions. The check in was easy and the check out process was quick. The indoor pool seemed clean and was not crowded. The only thing I did not like was a smell in the bathroom when we arrived. It smelled as if some had flushed their cigarette down the toilet.

This is a nice place to stay if you aren’t looking to stay at a water park. Great location for food, shopping, and the dells downtown area. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was very basic.

I did not like the swimming pool, this is an indoor pool, why wasnt it heeded? Had a room with two full size bed and absolutely no dresser in the room. bad price hikes!

The receptionist told my husband they did not have the king bed room we had reserved. When I arrived and said we would not be happy with another room, they finally gave us one. The door to the bathroom was locked and we had to open it with a credit card, and each time the door closed we had to do the same again as the lock was faulty, so we couldn't close the bathroom door during our stay, even from the inside.

Rooms were very clean. A good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool was huge! The hot tub was nice. Location was excellent. We were very close to everything we wanted to do!
