We paid for a night stay in full only to get to the hotel and are told that we didn't have a booking. Even though we booked and paid and showed them proof they said they did not have a booking. To add insult to injury they said they were fully booked and well have to make arrangements somewhere else. All this at 11pm at night with no regard to where we would go instead. This was a very horrible experience and will never book at this location ever again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is a bit old but rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Airport shuttle was convenient. We unexpectedly got upgraded to a suite which was a very lovely surprise.

There is not enough parking. Staying two nights and twice i have had to pull in the only available parking space. I could not even open my car door half way. Very sad that the hot tub wasn't working. The Hilton did notify me a few days prior. But that was the main reason i booked into this hotel.

The room could use an update. For example the love seat in the living room part was dirty looking and had stains as well as the chair in the bedroom-stains. The overall look of the place was not what I had expected from a Hilton property. The bed itself was extremely comfortable.
