I booked a King room, but when we got there, they only had a standard Twin room. And when we went back to the room after breakfast, the door lock battery had died, so we had to go back to the front desk to ask for help. It was fixed eventually, but it was not a really good experience. The swimming pool and hot tub were very tiny, just does it work, all good.

Hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious. Location is also great as it’s just right beside The Outlet Collection and lots of restaurants nearby. My only concern is their bathrooms don’t have locks and rooms need better lighting.

On the whole we were very satisfied with the property. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that there was no accessible parking because the normal parking was blocked off because of construction, but no alternate was created. This did create some inconvenience to us.

We chose to stay in this area instead of downtown and it's proven to be the right call. It feels much safer and it's walking distance from the outlet mall and cafes. The room is clean and the mattress is comfortable, though we would prefer memory form pillows.

Stayed one night purely for its convenient location on our trip. The bed was far too soft. The cupboard doors were falling off. We actually had to pay for WiFi … Where most hotels include breakfast with the Hilton it started at $18.99. We’re now staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Exceptional in every way, free WiFi and FREE full breakfast. No points for guessing which hotel chain we’ll choose for future trips.
