The hotel was nice and clean …hotel cleaners are exceptional in terms of cleaning the room, receptionists are also approachable and very helpful.

Very clean and accommodating. We arrived earlier then our check in. The staff allowed us to store our luggage.

Nice hotel. The bar staff and most staff are very friendly. I would give 5 stars but the day reception have a bit of attitude. Also, if you need anything to your room, you can only ask from 8pm to say 5pm cos housekeeping then is there. Otherwise go pick stuff yourself. 5 stars to the bar staff, they make the hotel awesome. Food is great and rooms are nice. Stadium view from special viewing rooms is awesome.

It was a room for a stopover however, worn out carpets and beds, room had a smell and no aircon, just a fan to blow the smell around Beds were clean and to be fair price was good

Loved the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to answer questions and help me to plan my commute to another city. 10/10 for single girls traveling and wanting a central location. Will make this my usual hotel for Köln
