Bad Policies Lose Customers

I had booked a night for my husband a week earlier through Hotels. Unfortunately, he forgot and stayed at another hotel. I called immediately and asked for a refund of some kind. The staff was nice but per their policy they would not work with me at all. We go through Winnemuca many times throughout the year and based on this experience we will be staying elsewhere even if it costs more.

Nice stay with a little noise

Everything about the hotel was great. It is an older hotel with rooms opening to the parking lot. You can hear through the walls a little and you can hear people outside. There was a group of loud people staying at the same time and they kept the hubby up until about 11. However, the price was right, the staff was great, the price was good, and we will probably stay there again when traveling through Winnemucca.

The room is very nice. Very clean. The window has black out blinds, hoping they work. There was no ice machine anywhere near my room, upstairs or down stairs. I would come back.
