Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Missouri.

The property was excellent, and the home was very warm and welcoming.

Check in tooks hours and went beyond 4pm making ua late for tickets we had, room smelled of old cigarettes, getting help with parking tickets was impossible and overall just a disappointment for a Marriott location.

The room was clean. Staff was nice. Parking well lit.

Very charming property. We loved learning about a new author and the nice breakfast. Free street parking on the street is plentiful so I wouldn't pay for hotel parking. On-site restaurant was very loud and didn't have kid's menu but we made do.

The elevators were broken and there was a pail to catch leaking water nearby them . Breakfast was fine but I find the need to be seated by a server for a buffet ,( yet you’re getting your own drinks and food )is just a bit bizarre . Tip: get a freshly prepared omelet , because other wise there is no cheese or fresh veggies offered at the buffet . Overall I think it’s a safe area to stay and it wasn’t awful. Beds not too comfy and room is a bit dated . (Remote wouldn’t work ) . I called the front desk to see if they could switch out the remote. They said they would send someone up but they never came . It’s tough to have a tv on and you can’t change the channel . Pointless . Popcorn ceilings . Expensive vending machine and no complimentary water /water bottle .

Booked an extra night on the morning we were due to check out due to a cancelled flight. We were in town for a funeral. Got rebooked and checked out 2 hours later, without staying the extra night. We asked them to please refund due to the circumstances out of our control. They refused and insisted on collecting payment for a night of accommodations they did not provide. This may be technically allowed but it’s opportunistic and exploitative and not the kind of business I’m interested in patronizing.
