Pool on the back needs to be ither removed or cleaned and usable for the costumer, the pillow covers need to be charged from costumer to costumer, one pillow had a oily smell,the bathtub drain was clogged, and the shower curtain smelled bad when gotten wet.

Bad experience...

The lit sofa didn't have sheets, so we had to ask reception for them at midnight. The room smelled musty, even mouldy. The lit sofa was missing three springs, so part was sagging. The ceramic tile floor in the bathroom was broken, and the silicone on the bathtub and floor was very dirty. The bathroom fan was full of dust. The mattress on the main bed was of inferior quality, so we didn't sleep well. We often book rooms with Hotels.com and have always been very satisfied... but we will never book rooms at Travelodge again, or at least this one. You should no longer offer this establishment.
