The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, we specificaly booked room at days in as it came up when searching for pet friendly accommodations. Apparently it was not and they trew my pregnant wife and son out at 9pm the 2nd night stay. Never ever stay here again!

There is a chemical plant that surrounds the entire hotel and residential properties. When you drive in at night the smell chokes you consumes your lungs eyes burn. Of you have asthma issues bronchitis COPD to name a few like my family did this is not the recommended property. We asked for a 1 day cancellation bcz we were not made aware of the chemical air quality and the walking distance proximity to chemical plants and the view from your hotel room is horrible seeinf a chemical plant with chocking fumes. Right out your window. Staff said 3 day cxl notice. Its an industrial area and nothing they can do. I restated the fact they showed no pictures or disclosed chemical plants prior to booking. They shrugged that smelll goes away. I still want my refund.
