Didn't love how much walking you had to do with all your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel, had to go through the whole casino (no ramps) and 4 seperate ID /security checks before I could get to my room. Key card system for the elevators needs work as well. We got trapped in the elevator because it wouldn't let us out at our floor even though we scanned the card

The only thing I would suggest is that there could be better eats available on the premises. We didn’t try the steak house but the other establishments could have better quality food for the prices charged. We found any staff that we had contact with were excellent and helpful.

The room was good. To park and check in u can opt for the parkade located across the street and haul luggage from there, or get the valet service for 25 dollars and proceed up the elevator to the lobby 1 floor above. We opted for the valet because we are old. One more thing there is a resort fee too. See this in lots of places, just call it what it is, the real room cost. Find it deceptive because its not inclued in the posted room price.

Two days in Windsor

The hotel is at good location, nice environment and services are good. Unfortunately the garage is under renovation with limited parking spot. Overall, it is fine to stay and will return if visiting Windsor again.
