We were looking forward to celebrating my husbands birthday, but the stay was absolutely horrific. From having to switch key cards 3 times, my husband key card getting locked out and having to wake his pregnant wife up at 230 to walk from one end of the casino to the other, when staff could’ve walked over with him to our room and saved me the hassle. There was little to no compassion for what was being asked; very minor things at that.

Had a great time at the casino celebrating my dad’s birthday. Had dinner at the steakhouse and it was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean & well appointed. I loved it. Will definitely revisit.

Beautiful hotel and casino! Only downfall is parking in the garage and having to carry luggage without a cart through the casino to get to our room. We were told the carts are only for valet parking.

The hotel was huge. We were a bit confused where to go but the assistants helped and guided us to the check in area. The facilities in the room wasn't great. They should at least provide q-tips. Anyway it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
