Staff at check-in weren’t busy (ie. no long line) however we still had to wait for someone to serve the Gold Card section. Clearer signs to the hotel elevator would have saved a lot of walking. Poor instructions from the Consierge. All he had to say was to head through Nero’s restaurant doors and the elevators are on the right side before entering the restaurant. We walked around, carting our luggage, with few people to ask. Eventually we found a manager who was able to take us directly to where we needed to go. It was quite a walk from the check-in area and not good for people with disabilities. We were not given instructions on how to access our floor from the elevator. Thankfully, another patron entered the elevator and showed us what to do. For our 5th Anniversary, we appreciated the quiet room with no sports players running through the hallways late at night, as this was an adult only hotel. No noise was heard from other rooms. We met the cleaning lady in the hallway and she was very kind and pleasant. We requested a fresh set of towels and they were brought to us promptly. It was a nice, private getaway from the busyness of our lives. We had breakfast at Johnny Rockets which was very good. The staff looked a little miserable to begin with but seemed to warm up as time wore on. We left the premises to enjoy a nice anniversary dinner. We miss the Buffet that was once here…you should bring it back…it was the best! Despite a few bumps, we will definitely be back again.

If youre staying at the hotel...VALET! The parking garage is a VERY long walk to the check-in area! Also, i appreciated the brand new irons. Ive had clothes ruined from crusty, burnt irons. Theirs were brand new. Room was exceptionally clean, bathroom was huge with VERY nice shower! (Steaming hot, powerful ahower head) also a seperate tub in the room. Wifi didnt work.

Great Stay.

It was great. Only thing i could say is- need garbage bag in pail. It would be nice to have a room with two chairs so couples can sit together. Other than that. No complains.

Due to the limited dining options in the hotel, we usually end up at Johnny Rockets. It is not a well run restaurant, service is poor. But we eat there for convenience and the food is good. Something really needs to be done - especially with the grouchy woman preparing the food, and the wait staff neglecting to serve us. The hotel itself is always clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The housecleaning staff is kind and polite. One complaint is that the free parking garage became so full - of people going to a concert - that we had no choice but to park in valet. And we had to pay the $25 charge.

Everything was pretty good. But signs going to escalators that are barricaded off was annoying. No signs to get to Agustus tower if you near the forum tower. My wife has difficulty walking long distances. Otherwise very nice.
